Focus on high-value work

First demo: a folder of client documents (invoices, a bank export, a payroll summary, scanned receipts) is open in Aletis. The user types a plain-language request: I have these documents, turn them into the quarterly report. Aletis reads each document, extracts the figures, cross-checks the totals, and builds report.xlsx. The finished spreadsheet opens with revenue, cost lines, and an operating result for the quarter. The run takes about half a minute.

Second demo: an employee describes a weekly routine in plain language: every Friday I check new invoices against the PO list and email finance a summary, make this an automation for the team. Aletis reads the June files, writes the procedure, tests it on the June invoices, and publishes it. The finished procedure opens: it runs every Friday, is shared with the whole team, and lists its four steps for anyone to review.

Third demo: a client intake folder holds every format at once: a Word contract draft, a scanned signed agreement, a budget spreadsheet, a site photo, an emailed note, and a CSV of vendor quotes. The user asks Aletis to open it all and set up the engagement folder. Aletis opens all six files, reads the scan and the photo, pulls the key terms, and the signed agreement scan opens perfectly rendered in the workspace, signature and all.
